Who We Are..?

Shri Siddharameshwara Education Trust was established in the year 1975 under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 founded by Shri His Holiness Shivabasava Maha Swamiji of Rudrakshimath Nagnur. He was a great sole of the 20th century in North Karnataka who lived for a long span of 105 years and popularly known as "Satayushi". His name is synonymous with the all round development, imbibed with religious and cultural harmony. The great Swamiji was not only a sage of great vision and spiritual fervor but equally a staunch promoter of values and ideals of high order. He has dedicated his life to the cause of pious service to the mankind in general and Lingayat community in particular, by establishing 18 monumental institutions for the benefit of the people particularly for the weaker section of a society.

He was a Pioneer in starting Prasad-nilaya’s for the poor students, Anganwadi, Primary and Secondary schools, Jr. Colleges I.T.I`s and Polytechnic and P.U. Colleges. The Present President of the Trust Dr. Shri His Holiness Siddharam Maha Swamiji is a great sage, following the footsteps of his predecessor. With the virtue of Dr. Shri His Holiness Shivabasava Swamiji, he continued the progression of establishing monumental institutions.
