The institution was established in the year 2021 and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka. It is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, and offers Undergraduate programmes in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).

The approved intake for the programmes is 152 students for B.A., 100 students for B.Com., and 80 students for B.Sc., making a total sanctioned intake of 332 students. Admission is open to candidates who have successfully passed PUC in Arts, Commerce, or Science streams, as per university norms.

The institute provides a well-disciplined and culturally enriched academic environment, supported by adequate infrastructure and modern facilities conducive to effective teaching and learning.
